The child's handprints go in the middle and there is space at the bottom to write names, ages and the year. Depending on what you print it onto you can then either laminate or frame them.
For best results for frames print onto either photo paper or 200gsm cardstock. If you would like to laminate them then normal paper will be fine but once the paint dries flatten them for a bit with something heavy before laminating.
You can use either paint or ink for the handprints it's up to you.
